Selection of raw materials

The main raw material of copper bar is pure copper. Before production, our purchasing department needs to inspect and select raw materials to ensure that their quality meets the requirements. At the same time, it is also necessary to prepare other auxiliary materials, such as preservatives, antioxidants, etc.
Material cutting
Before processing, the copper needs to be pre-cut.
The production department cuts the length and width of the raw material as required. Cutting is carried out with a cutting machine or laser cutting machine to ensure that the cut size is accurate.
Material punching
Hole processing is the most critical link in the production of copper bars
According to the requirements of the product, the punching master usually uses stamping, drilling and other technologies to process the copper bar. Punching is carried out with molds and punches to ensure that the punching position is accurate and the flatness of the hole is maintained. The quality of the hole processing directly affects the electrification and durability of the copper bar.
Material drawing
Wire drawing is an optional link in the production of copper bars.
We have professional wire drawing personnel to carry out wire drawing treatment, so that the copper bar has a smooth and beautiful outer surface. Through the wire drawing treatment, the decorative effect of the copper bar can be fully reflected, giving the copper plate a more advanced vision and improving the appearance and conductivity of the copper bar.
Material Bending

According to the design requirements of the product, the bending master bends the copper bar. Bending can be carried out by hydraulic press or numerical control bending machine to ensure that the bending angle and bending radius meet the requirements of copper bar forming
Material Welding
The copper bars need to be joined, which requires welding.
The welding master will weld copper bars of different sizes or shapes to form the required products. Welding can be carried out by gas welding, electric welding and other methods to ensure that the welding is firm and reliable.
Material surface treatment
In order to protect the surface of the copper bar from oxidation, corrosion, etc.
Commonly used surface treatment methods include tin plating, silver plating, nickel plating, spray protective paint, etc. Among them, tin plating is the most common treatment method, which can improve the conductivity and oxidation resistance of the copper bar.
